Summer Workouts + Playlist

I didn't really know what to title this post honestly. But it was well requested that I do more Health & Fitness posts so I sat down and decided to do a summer workout post + ways to stay without "working out". I am honestly both. So I provided you my favorite workouts that I did/do.
First be sure you stretch before any workout. I recommend and love any variation of hamstring stretches, v-sits, butterfly, lunges, and splits. Include arm stretches too. Also prepare a playlist. Spotify is perfect and I provided mine at bottom of post.
 Also remember to cool down after each workout.
Summer Workouts
- Core & Cardio: 
30 jumping jacks
5 burpees
20 second plank (right, left, and middle)
30 mountain climbers
10 lunge split jumps
30 second pilates swimming
20 mountain climbers
3 burpees
10 roll ups
- Abs
20 crunches
30 Russian twist
30 second plank
35 second side planks
30 bicycles
10 oblique crunches
10 elbow to knee planks
15 mountain climbers
- Gluts (Butt)
20 lunges
10 squats
10 plié squats
20 side lunges
20 donkey kicks
10 short bridges
20 butt kicks
10 squats
- Whole Body
5 push ups
10 squats
30 second plank
5 tricep dips
20 lunges
15 vertical leg crunches
5 burpees
15 calf rises
5 jumping squat
1 minute plank
Summer non-workouts
- swimming
- WATER. I like to put my favorite fruits or get sparkling and add fruit.
- walk the dog or siblings
- Nature Trails
- Trampoline Parks
- Yoga and meditation {it works}
- ride a bike
- if you create a balanced diet, you can do any of these and be fine. Any cardio is pretty fun and easy. Anything that gets your heart rate going is totally fine.
